Under the microscope: vybey and AG1 Athletic Greens

The premium greens market is dynamic and rapidly growing, with such an expanding market it's hard to know which product can be most effective and beneficial for you.

Today we are going to compare our vybey Braincare Smart Greens to one of the most popular products within the premium greens market.

The Main Takeaways

Both vybey and AG1’s premium greens powders ensure customers are supplied with all the essential nutrients and antioxidants in order to promote their health.

The products may look the same however, certain premium ingredients included in vybey arguably make it a superior product at half the cost.

A Large VARIETY OF INGREDIENTS

At vybey we want to provide our vybers with as diverse a selection of our Braincare Smart Greens as possible with: nutrient-dense vegetable and herb extract, super fruit blend, digestive and mushroom blend.

There are multiple benefits to consuming these braincare ingredients including supporting brain health, increased immunity, improved digestion, improved heart health, stronger bones and increased energy.

2

BRAINCARE BLEND

The defining feature of our Braincare Smart Greens product is the vast array of ingredients that were included in order to help directly support brain health, this is something that AG1 Athletic Greens does not offer.

Our braincare blend:

    • • Enhances cognitive abilities and helps to focus your mind.
      • Helps to relax your mind and body leading to a blissful night's sleep.
      • Helps protect your body from bacteria that enters the gut.
  • 3

    An effective dose of probiotics

Compared to vybey, Athletic Greens offer less probiotics such as Bacillius Coagulans, offering 0.6 bn CFU which is almost half of what vybey offers at 1 bn CFU. Probiotics are an important ingredient within premium greens powders as they are a healthy form of bacteria that can help to improve gut health by restoring the balance of bacteria in your gut, as well as improving digestion[1]. However, Athletic Greens supply of probiotics within its product can mean it will have no real benefits, as registered dietitian Ella Davar suggests that a reasonable dose of probiotics is anywhere between 1-30 bn CFU[2].

    4

    5X LOWER AMOUNT OF SALT

vybey includes 0.2g of sodium within our Braincare Smart Greens product compared to AG1s 1g, this equates to almost 5 times as much.

As we all know, high intake of sodium in our diet can be bad for us, leading to high blood pressure which increases the chances of cardiovascular disease and strokes, it has also been found to reduce our intake of calcium[3]. This can lead many to question why it is added to food by manufacturers in the first place, and this is because it increases the shelf life of the product, preserving the food prior to refrigeration[4].

When selecting an option, it is more beneficial to choose one rich in both brain care ingredients and higher in probiotics as well as far cheaper in comparison, leaving you with a better valued product when choosing our Braincare Smart greens.

“Mango flavour is my fav. Not too sweet or earthy compared to other brands. vybey is a great stack of ingredients meaning I no longer have to buy extra capsule supplements.”

“Great addition to my morning routine. Mixes very easily in water with a spoon. Subtle flavour with no nasty sweetener taste.”

“Very quick delivery, and after only a weeks use I notice the mental benefits and physical improvements over other greens products I've tried. ”
