UK Deliveries

If you order before 10am your vybey will be dispatched on the same day. We use DPD for all shipping, and UK customers will receive a tracking number by email or mobile as soon as your package is dispatched. 

UK wide domestic shipping is charged at the flat rate of £3.99

Free shipping is provided for all orders over £60.00

EU Deliveries

If you order before 10am your vybey will be dispatched on the same day. We use various delivery partners for all shipping, and EU customers will receive a tracking number by email or mobile as soon as your package is dispatched. 

EU Mainland shipping is charged at the flat rate of €6.99

Free shipping is provided for all orders over €50.00

International Deliveries

We ship internationally! Delivery price is based on weight calculated at checkout.
Note, some custom duties are payable by the vyber.

Returns

Once you have received your item, you have up to 14 calendar days to return it. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange after this period has expired. Please see our terms page for more information.
